At Brinker, we know Diversity & Inclusion isn’t only the right thing to do, it’s a competitive advantage for us. Helping us move from strategy to action are our Diversity & Inclusion teams and champions throughout the organization, at all levels, and in locations around the globe.

Brinker’s corporate Diversity & Inclusion Steering Team consists of senior leaders who champion the message of inclusion and set the direction for the company’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Since we always strive to measure results, the team actively monitors progress to ensure we’re adding value to the company and our shareholders.

But Diversity & Inclusion doesn’t stop at the corporate level. Each of our restaurant brands are making strides to integrate Diversity & Inclusion into their respective cultures.
