As a multicultural portfolio with global brands, Diversity & Inclusion training is key to Brinker’s success. It’s what helps us play well together. Our brand teams participate in diversity focus groups and community awareness activities so that each restaurant fits into the local culture, no matter where we are in the world.
Brinker places a strong emphasis on learning and development for Brinker
Heads at all levels. Working toward this goal, we have started the Brinker
Learning Center, which aims to develop leaders across the organization.
Diversity and Inclusion Learning Series
BrinkerHeads have a variety of learning resources to draw upon that will
enhance their careers. Among them is the Diversity and Inclusion Learning
Series, a way to learn about diversity issues in a fun and interactive format.
Usually held in one-hour sessions, these classes are offered during the work day to
anyone who wants to enhance their awareness of diversity or learn how it applies to them.
